Welcome to the Division of History and Social Sciences!

Through the History and Social Sciences Division at Enterprise State, students complete courses in psychology, sociology, philosophy, religion, criminal justice, childhood development, and more. Master Student classes also fall under this division.

Courses in this division are designed to help freshmen adjust to college life, to make the most of their education experience, and to succeed as a college student.

CONSTITUTION AND CITIZENSHIP WEEK

September 12-16, 2022

Constitution and Citizenship Week is an annual celebration led by ESCC’s History and Social Science Division. This year, this celebration will be held September 18-22, 2022, following Constitution Day on September 17. The main event will be a special reading of the Constitution by ESCC faculty/staff and students on Monday, Sept. 18. Other events/activities are available across both ESCC and AAC’s campuses, including a display table set up in ESCC’s Student Center Lobby and AAC’s ATTC Lobby providing information about the United States Constitution as well as several online learning experiences.
