Graduation

Applying for Graduation

Filling out an application for graduation indicates that a student is planning to complete their degree or certificate program by the end of the indicated semester. Completing the application for graduation does not mean that a student must participate in commencement. Participation can occur if the application for graduation is completed by the established deadline.

Before applying for graduation, students must meet with an advisor in Boll Weevil Central or Student Support Services to complete a graduation audit. At that time, your degree plan will be reviewed to ensure you are on track to meet graduation requirements.

Following a graduation audit, students can complete their application for graduation through their MyESCC account. Access the application on the Student Common Forms card on the MyESCC dashboard. Students can indicate their interest in participating in commencement services through this form.
