ESCC Volleyball Standouts Named NJCAA All-Americans

The Enterprise State Community College women’s volleyball program is proud to announce a pair of exceptional honors for two of its top performers. Alivia Freeman and Alissa Menefee have been named NJCAA Division II All-America selections for their outstanding play during the 2025 season, bringing national recognition to both athletes and the Boll Weevils program.
Alivia Freeman — NJCAA All-America First Team
Middle hitter Alivia Freeman from Enterprise, AL, earned a spot on the NJCAA Division II All-America First Team, one of the highest honors in junior college volleyball. Freeman’s dynamic offensive presence powered Enterprise State throughout the season and helped the Boll Weevils compete at a high level.
Season Highlights & Stats:
- Total Kills: 840 — averaging 3.02 kills per set, placing her among the national leaders at the NJCAA level.
- Hitting Efficiency: .418 hitting percentage, reflecting her highly efficient attacking play.
- Block Contributions: 113 block assists and 131 total blocks, showcasing her strong net defense presence.
Freeman’s blend of offensive firepower and defensive strength was a key factor in Enterprise State’s successful campaign, and her All-America selection highlights a season of elite performance.
Alissa Menefee — NJCAA All-America Second Team
Setter Alissa Menefee from Harrisburg, MS, was honored as an NJCAA Division II All-America Second Team selection. As the team’s primary playmaker, Menefee’s ability to run the offense and contribute in multiple facets of the game made her a standout nationally.
Season Highlights & Stats:
- Assists: 1196 assists on the season, ranking among the top setters in NJCAA Division II play.
- Assists Per Set: 9.24 assists per set, demonstrating consistent distribution and offensive orchestration for Enterprise State.
- Attack Contribution: Averaged 1.72 total attacks per set with a .326 hitting percentage, adding offensive versatility to her role.
Menefee’s leadership on the court and ability to facilitate scoring opportunities were essential to the Boll Weevils’ competitive success, earning her national recognition as one of the NJCAA’s top setters.
