ESCC's Fine Arts Division is once again bringing back its Kookie Concert and Costume Party. This is a FREE event that is open to public. Vocal and instrumental talents of ESCC students will be featured. Prior to the Kookie Concert will be Trick-or-Treating on the quad. Event sponsored by the SGA.
