ADA Services
It is the policy of ESCC to provide reasonable accommodations for environmental and program accessibility for individuals with a diagnosed disability as defined in Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
Students are responsible for reporting their requested needs to the campus ADA Office located in Boll Weevil Central/Library. With proper documentation of their disabilities, ESCC can provide reasonable accommodations to students that meet the criteria. It is important that students reach out early to allow sufficient time to make our services available. For detailed information on available services and eligibility, contact the Director of Student Success, Dava Leverette, at dleverette@escc.edu for information on disability support.

We have a list of contacts in the surrounding area to get you professional assistance with personal counseling, community assistance for families for food and housing, and support with domestic violence or other needs that can have a major impact on a student’s life.
If you would like to refer someone you know or yourself to get help, please fill out this crisis prevention form and a member of our Crisis Team will contact you to see how we can help.

Student Engagement
Statistics show that students involved on campus are more likely to find jobs aligned with their likings, learn crucial leadership and team building skills, and more likely to graduate.
